2012 Medallion Guidelines for Organisations
Making the cut of distinctive service performance
We invite organisations from all service sectors to participate by downloading the nomination form.
As a guide, the qualifying criteria for organisations include either of the following:
- Recognition by reputable bodies or organisations in the last 2 years
- Favourable service performance comparison against peers or benchmarks for the past 2 years
- Provision of a fundamentally differentiated customer service experience
The Medallion Management Committee will qualify your nomination.
2012 Medallion Guidelines for Individuals
Service excellence designed and sustained by people for the people
All Nominated Organisations are invited to nominate outstanding individuals - from management and customer-facing roles, for the individual awards of the Singapore Service Excellence Medallion.
These individual nominees should exemplify the organisation's mission, values and culture, especially in the provision of a fundamentally differentiated customer experience for the organisation’s customers. They will be assessed by the Medallion Management Committee.
