Singapore Service Excellence Medallion
Celebrating the pinnacle achievement in a new paradigm of service excellence
The Singapore Service Excellence Medallion is the epitome of service excellence.
The Medallion is to recognise eminent achievements by organisations and individuals in inspiring and sustaining a culture of service excellence in Singapore
Organised by agencies of the national GEMS Up movement, the twofold objectives of the Medallion are to catalyse and inspire a transformation in service amongst organisations in Singapore and to produce worthy role models for all to emulate.
The Singapore Service Excellence Medallion will be presented to the most outstanding organisation that has demonstrated pinnacle levels of customer satisfaction and organisational service excellence. The medallion for individuals honour nominees from organisations who have delivered exceptional service and exemplified the organisation's mission, vision and values.
In addition to the pinnacle organisation Medallion, commendation awards will also be presented to deserving organisations who have excelled in key organisation service attributes. For example, "Service Innovation" , "Customer-Focused Staff" or "Customer Service WOW Experience". All Medallion finalists will also be recognised during the award ceremony and presented with a certificate of commendation.
The Singapore Service Excellence Medallion enables like-minded service organisations to share best practices and learn from one another. Through the assessment process, organisations will also gain valuable insights and lessons on proven and effective service excellence processes and customer centric mindset, thus providing them the opportunity to further develop and improve themselves.
